A journey that began with great excitement, mixed with the uncertainty of starting over in a new country and an indescribable enthusiasm for a chapter that I knew, from the very first moment, would become one of the most important milestones in my personal and professional life.

When I arrived in Brașov, I carried with me countless dreams and questions. Little did I know that this city would become the place that would shape my character and redefine who I am. Here, I learned how to step outside my comfort zone, face challenges with confidence, and believe in my abilities even in the most difficult moments. I became stronger, more self-aware, more mature, and, above all, I learned to believe in myself more than ever before.

Life in Brașov was much more than a volunteering experience; it was a journey filled with learning, growth, and opportunities. Here, I participated in the Human Library and shared my story with others. I also had the opportunity to become a speaker at IEL, where I shared my experiences and the lessons I had learned. These moments reminded me that every experience carries a story worth telling and every person has a voice worth hearing.
This is where a new story began my story. A story full of challenges, achievements, and moments that transformed the way I see both life and myself. It is a story shaped by experiences, by the people I met and by the opportunities that allowed me to grow personally and professionally.

This article is only the beginning. It is the introduction to a series of articles in which I will share my journey through the ESC Programme, my experience with YNDI, and the incredible support I received from the hosting organisation. Their role went far beyond welcoming volunteers they became true partners in our journey, believing in our potential and supporting our personal and professional development every step of the way.

رحلة بدأتها بحماسٍ كبير، ومشاعر مختلطة بين رهبة البدايات في بلدٍ جديد، وحماسٍ لا يوصف لمرحلة كنت أعلم منذ اللحظة الأولى أنها ستكون من أهم المحطات في حياتي المهنية والشخصية.

وصلت إلى براشوف وأنا أحمل الكثير من الأحلام والأسئلة، ولم أكن أعلم أن هذه المدينة ستصبح المكان الذي سيصقل شخصيتي ويعيد تشكيلها. هنا تعلمت كيف أخرج من منطقة الراحة، وكيف أواجه التحديات بثقة، وكيف أؤمن بقدراتي حتى في أصعب اللحظات. أصبحت نسخة أقوى، وأكثر وعيًا ونضجًا، والأهم أنني أصبحت أؤمن بنفسي أكثر من أي وقت مضى.

في براشوف لم تكن الأيام مجرد تجربة تطوعية، بل كانت رحلة مليئة بالتعلم والفرص. هنا شاركت في Human Library ورويت قصتي أمام الآخرين، وهنا أيضًا حظيت بفرصة أن أكون Speaker في IEL لأشارك تجاربي والدروس التي تعلمتها، وأثبت لنفسي أن لكل تجربة قصة تستحق أن تُروى، ولكل شخص صوتًا يستحق أن يُسمع.

هنا بدأت قصة جديدة… قصة طيف. قصة مليئة بالتحديات، والنجاحات، واللحظات التي غيّرت طريقة رؤيتي للحياة ولنفسي. قصة صنعتها المواقف، والأشخاص الذين التقيتهم، والفرص التي منحتني مساحة لأكبر وأتطور.

وهذا المقال ليس سوى البداية. سيكون مقدمة لسلسلة من المقالات سأشارككم فيها تفاصيل رحلتي مع برنامج ESC، وتجربتي مع YNDI، والدعم الكبير الذي تلقيته من المنظمة المستضيفة، التي لم يقتصر دورها على استقبال المتطوعين، بل كانت شريكًا حقيقيًا في رحلتنا، تؤمن بإمكاناتنا، وتدعم تطورنا الشخصي والمهني في كل خطوة.

إذا كنت يومًا تتساءل كيف يمكن لتجربة واحدة أن تغيّر حياة إنسان، أو كيف يمكن لبلد جديد أن يصبح بيتًا ثانيًا، فأتمنى أن تجد الإجابة بين سطور هذه السلسلة.
هذه ليست نهاية رحلة، بل بداية قصة أتشوق لأن أرويها لكم… خطوة بخطوة.
