Young people are the change-makers of the future, and inherit a challenged planet. Unemployment, migration, polarization of societies, climate change, and eroding of democratic institutions are examples of current threats that faces Europe and the world as a whole, and young people are in the forefront of driving change and finding solutions to it.
Yet, youth unemployment is alarmingly high in many countries and regions, leaving millions of young people marginalized and unable to contribute to the changes and solutions the future needs.
With this project we hope to contribute, inspire, and empower others to be actively part of creating a better future, for themselves, their communities and international network.
Together we wish to explore the project topics, sharing experiences, insights and methods.
We intend to make an impact for the participants at a personal level, by developing their knowledge, developing their key competences, and giving them tools and a network to bring back home.
Set in the vibrant entrepreneurial environment of Malaga, at the western end of what is being called “the solar and innovation belt” of Europe, temperatures are agreeable, and conditions ideal for creating an enriching experience with lasting networks.
Profile of the participant:
★ participants age 18-30 years old.
★ To be very active by your participation.
★ Eager to learn, meet new cultures, face stereotypes and step out of the comfort zone.
★ Strongly motivated and available for the entire period of the project.
★ Willing to disseminate the results of the project.
Organizational aspects:
★100 % Accommodation.
★Three meals per day and coffee breaks.
★WIFI internet connection is available (however, might be a bit limited).
★NO PARTICIPATION FEE!!!
