Our ESC volunteer Rashed in Brasov, Romania
I’m Rashed Mwaffaq Abu Dalboh, a 22 years old Jordanian currently taking part in a volunteering experience in Brașov, Romania, within the project “Keep Non-Formal Activities in the Community”, funded by the European Union through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program.
During this experience, I’m working in a field that’s very close to my passion: digital marketing and content creation.
I manage the project’s social media content, contribute to developing digital communication strategies, and help organize and implement non-formal activities that bring us closer to the local community in meaningful and impactful ways.
I also film and produce short videos that highlight youth and cultural activities in Romania, aiming to spread the spirit of participation and inspiration.
This project has given me the opportunity to apply my marketing skills in a real international environment, learn from volunteers from different cultures, and broaden my vision of how digital content can be used as a tool for community change.
I’m proud to represent Jordan in this project and to use my digital marketing skills to create content that carries a human message and leaves a positive impact.
I came from one homeland carrying my dreams and I’ll return carrying two homelands in my heart.
