This is the first competence area of the FAIR project Competence Model, because everything starts from how we learn 📚
It’s about designing meaningful programmes, facilitating group learning, adapting methods, and creating safe, inclusive spaces where learning can really happen.
🌍 In FAIR, learning is always connected to real contexts, including social and political dimensions — to support fair and equal cooperation across EuroMed.
Because learning isn’t just about knowledge.
It’s about growth, awareness, and impact.
