What does it really mean to be “competent”?
It’s more than just knowing things. It’s about successfully applying what you know, in any situation!
In non-formal education, we (usually) break it down into 4 key parts:

🛠️ Skills
💖 Attitude
⚡ Behaviour
The exciting news? The FAIR project is in the final stages of creating a comprehensive Competence Model specifically for youth field organisations in the EuroMed Region! We’ve analysed some of the existing models and are crafting a tool to strengthen our collective practice.

ماذا يعني أن تكون “مؤهلاً” حقاً؟
الأمر يتجاوز مجرد المعرفة، فهو يتعلق بتطبيق ما تعرفه بنجاح في أي موقف!
في التعليم غير النظامي، نقسمه (عادةً) إلى أربعة أجزاء رئيسية:
