We are looking for volunteers for European Solidarity Corps “ESC” project, that will be in Czech Republic 1st September 2026 – 16th August 2027 (12 months).

Location: Vsetin – Czech Republic
Duration: 1st September 2026 – 16th August 2027 (12 months).

Activities of the project:
1. Elderly people: volunteering in Harmonie Elderly Home – Residential Care.
Mission of Harmonie: Harmonie is a retirement house providing housing and social service to elderly who have reduced selfsufficiency and cannot no longer stay at home.
Volunteer Roles:
– Participate in the everyday activities.
– Prepare activation activities for clients.
– participate in the outdoor activities.
– Musical skills are welcomed.
– Gardening

2. Roma Youngsters: volunteering in Rubikon Youth Club.
Mission of Rubikon: the Rubikon club is a facility that offers fun, help and advice to children and young people through meaningful activities and expressed interest about their worries, it helps them to integrate successfully into society. In the club they can realise their creative ideas and find understanding for their problems.
Volunteer Roles:
– Participate in the outdoor activities.
– Prepare activation activities.
– Speak English with the kids.
– Be creative.
– Be yourself.

3. Volunteering with families and children.
The Family and Maternal Center “Sluníčko” is a welcoming community space supporting families with young children through creative, educational, and social activities. As a volunteer, you will assist in daily programs for parents and children, help during creative and movement workshops, and take part in events such as Family Day or community celebrations. You may also contribute with your own ideas, talents, or cultural background — for example, through music, art, or language activities. Volunteers become part of a friendly and professional team that values empathy, cooperation, and intercultural learning. The experience offers insight into community and family support, as well as opportunities for personal growth, teamwork, and active citizenship.

Profile of the volunteer:
– Open-minded, responsible, and caring young people who enjoy spending time with children and families.
– Highly motivated and interested in the topics of the project.
– Willing to involve in communities, talk to new people, make new friends.
– Willing to gain new skills and work in a team.
– English speaker.
– Aged between 18-30 years old.

-Accommodation provided.
– Local transportation: will be provided by the host.
– Financial Support: Allowance per month (food + pocket money).
-Travel: 360 Euro provided for international travel (round trip).
