Our ESC volunteer Maisaa in Syców, Poland

Hello, I am Maisaa from Jordan, 24 years old. I have volunteered in several initiatives, associations and organizations in Jordan, and currently, I am volunteering with the ESC program in Syców, Poland (Individual Volunteer).

I work and volunteer at a school and kindergarten, as well as a forest with agricultural laboratories . We also organize English lessons for refugee children from Ukraine.
Volunteering is a positive turning point in my life, as it always leads me to meet new people or discover new places filled with positivity. Syców is a small and very quiet town, but there is certainly much to explore.

In the end, I believe that ‘Everything happens for a reason’ and I’m sure my presence here is not a coincidence. Therefore, I will do my best to be a reason for positive change and providing the necessary help during my volunteering period in Poland, to make the most of this opportunity.
